Warranty Policy

Pièges Ouell offers a warranty protecting you against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days following your purchase.

For Ouell 3-10 and 4-11 traps, the 30-day manufacturing warranty applies. An additional manufacturing defect warranty for the original purchaser upon presentation of the invoice will be offered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Costs for returns of defective product and shipping of replacement product are the responsibility of the customer.

For Rudy 110, Rudy 120, Rudy 120 Mag, Rudy 160+, Rudy 220, Rudy 220+, Rudy 280 and Rudy 330 traps the 30 day manufacture warranty applies. An additional lifetime manufacturing defect warranty for the original purchaser upon presentation of invoice will be offered on the frame only. The costs of returning defective products and shipping the replacement product are the responsibility of the customer.

Piège Ouell reserves the right to refuse to apply a guarantee when the customer cannot present the original purchase invoice or when the product shows signs of customer misuse or when the product has been used in conditions where the damage was caused by a source external to the products (example: excessive heat, use in yards along roads containing abrasive salt or any other chemicals, etc.)
